We offer a full line of ranches, resort, guest, dude, and working ranches. We also offer a wide range of adventure product, horse and cattle drives, river rafting, National Park packages including stays in National park lodges, and opportunities to live in and experience Native American culture. To complete our product line we have FIT hotels that support all our ranch and adventure destinations.
America 4 You L.L.C. also has created fly-drive tours. These tours utilize our extensive listing of FIT hotels in the Western United States. In addition some of these tours have adventure products built providing your client with a real western experience. Finally we offer the America4You Your Way program that allows your clients to customize their fly-drive from our listing of FIT hotels.
America 4 You L.L.C is able to handle your group or incentive tour needs. We can utilize our ranch, adventure, and hotel products to customize a tour to your groups needs. Our many years of experience in the business, extensive contacts in the Western United States, and our constant research and oversight of the products, mean that you can count on satisfied clients.

We offer experience in ranch vacations, horse and cattle drives, river rafting, pack trips, fishing, biking, hiking, ski packages including transfers, meet & greets and lift tickets, snowmobile adventures - and anything else that is fun to do outdoors. If the chosen product is currently booked out America 4 You L.L.C. will suggest suitable alternatives that will satisfy your clients desires. If you can’t find in our tariff what your client is looking for we’ll make every effort to find that special adventure for him or her!
Destination Management
One call, fax or Email from you and America 4 You L.L.C. will arrange the complete stay for your client. This includes lodging, activities, and transportation for groups or the individual traveler. America 4 You L.L.C. will handle all payments to the suppliers. Therefore you need only make one payment.

Local Contact
As occasional questions are anticipated and welcomed, your client will be provided with America 4 You L.L.C.’s voice mail/pager number, which will elicit an immediate response from our helpful staff during normal working hours, and which will remain activated 24 hours a day for receiving messages (which will be promptly answered the following day). America 4 You L.L.C. will resolve the situation locally, resulting in a happy client without need for your involvement.

Terms and Conditions
All bookings made through America 4 You L.L.C. are on a first come first served basis. All bookings are tentative until deposit is received and dates are confirmed by America 4 You L.L.C.. America 4 You L.L.C. will FAX or Email confirmation upon receipt of deposit. A one-time deposit at the beginning of the season covering all anticipated bookings will be considered.
Payment in full is due as specified under the payment procedure of the individual product conditions will be provided at time of booking). All payments, in $US, must be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or must be electronically transferred to our bank account. If payment is not timely made, the bookings shall be automatically canceled by America 4 You L.L.C.. Any liability to client resulting from cancellation for non-payment shall be the liability of the booking travel agent or tour operator.
America 4 You L.L.C. acts only as an agent of the suppliers and transportation companies. Suppliers and transportation companies are responsible for providing the product as described in this tariff. Upon payment by America 4 You L.L.C. to the suppliers, America 4 You L.L.C. shall have discharged its obligation to the client. Completion of said obligation shall relieve America 4 You L.L.C. of all responsibility to provide refunds or other services except as specifically provided for herein.
In the absence of negligence by America 4 You L.L.C. the client hereby waives any claim against America 4 You L.L.C. for a) any damage to or loss of property, or injury to death of person, occasioned directly or indirectly by acts of God, dangers inherent to the air or seas, breakdown, fire, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, epidemics, thefts, pilferage, customs or immigration regulations, weather, dangers inherent in the activities the client freely undertakes as part of the adventure package, and any other acts or circumstances beyond America 4 You L.L.C.’s control, and b) any delays or irregularities which may be caused by defect of any vehicle or aircraft, or negligence, default, or inaction of any supplier engaged in carrying out any part of the arrangements offered herein. Other acts or circumstances beyond America 4 You L.L.C.’s control shall include, but not be limited to acts of terrorism, political unrest, and/of inadequate security measures the client’s origin and destination airports or elsewhere. Each individual supplier reserves the right to change their itineraries.
America 4 You L.L.C. authorizes travel agents and tour operators to market and sell its products as part of their product line pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. America 4 You L.L.C. agrees to cooperate with travel agents and tour operators by providing pictures and information as much as is reasonably possible for use in preparation of literature and promotional material for America 4 You L.L.C.’s products.
The travel agent or tour operator may combine a product offered by America 4 You L.L.C. as part of a larger package. America 4 You L.L.C. has no liability of responsibility for any part of the larger package.
Cancellation procedures differ from ranch to ranch or outdoor product to outdoor product and will be provided at time of booking - however, cancellations received less than 31 days prior to arrival will always result in a 100% fee due of all charges, however America 4 You L.L.C. will make every effort to retrieve a partial refund from the supplier, which in return will be made available to the client.
Canceled Trips
America 4 You L.L.C. and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel any product due to inadequate sign-ups that make the product economically unfeasible to operate. In such case a refund of the full amount paid to America 4 You L.L.C. is provided to the client but America 4 You L.L.C. is not responsible for any amounts over and above that are expended by the client in preparation for the trip.
Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance
Strongly advised.
No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, or other products, for any reason whatsoever. Product cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.
Prices for products in this tariff are quoted in US dollars. Payment of products is due in US dollars. No price adjust will be made based upon currency fluctuations. All prices are subject to change unless payment in full has been received.
Dealing With Complaints
In the event that your client has a complaint about any of the arrangements, he must tell the local supplier at the time or call America 4 You L.L.C. in order to be given the opportunity to rectify the matter during your client’s holiday, failure to complain at the time will result in the customer’s ability to claim compensation from the company being extinguished or at least reduced. In any event, any complaint about the holiday must be made in writing to us no later than 28 days following the completion of the holiday.
Our Liability To The Client
America 4 You L.L.C. always does its best to make sure your holiday arrangements are satisfactory. We accept bookings on the understanding that the possible risk in adventure travel and that the river expeditions, ranch riding holidays and hiking/biking tours are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
