| Remarks: | Sleeping facilities: Hotel room and tents on the trail. ***** Clients |
| should consider themselves moderately fit and active. From |
| trailhead to Supai village is 8 miles, village to campground 2 miles. |
| Most meals are acceptable to vegetarians. Havasu receives 2.1 |
| inches of rain a year, It almost definitely will not rain! Hiking boots |
| are strongly recommended. Backpack WILL get dirty on the horse! |
| The water is always that amazing blue-green color! |
| Packing list: Full-size backpack (less than 15lbs after packing - |
| additional luggage can be left in shuttle van), small day-pack or |
| large fanny pack for water, snacks, change of shoes , bathing suit |
| and any personal items needed on the hike down, , camera and |
| film (!!), flashlight/batteries, tissue & toilette paper, personal toilet |
| items, hat, watch, 1 pair of pants, 3 pairs of socks, 1 warm shirt or |
| light jacket, 4 short-sleeve shirts, 1 pair of shorts, towel, boots |
| (should cover ankles), swimsuit, sandals (Teva-type) or shoes to |
| be worn in water . A small pillow if it fits! |
