Horseback Adventure
Code:366

The ultimate adventure for any experienced rider!

Experience the Old West - just as the cowboys do! Follow us to one of the most beautiful areas of the West and find

excellent riding, adventure and cowboy romantic, just like in the old movies! Help the cowboys drive a herd of horses across

the prairie and find out about the secrets of a horse whisperer - "Wild West at its Best!".

For seven days we’ll be saying good-bye to civilization and immense into the life of a cowboy. From dry meadows to the

tree-covered mountaintops of the Rockies - this part of Idaho, bordering Montana, has it all. Elk, antelopes and wapitis are

making their home here, just like many majestic birds. Find the West we hear about in the songs of the cowboys.

The ranch takes care of more than 2000 head of cattle and bison (buffaloes) and you might have the opportunity to help with

the cattle work while getting ready for the horse drive. After gathering the two and three-year-old colts, you’ll be traveling

with them across the land, spending the nights in camp, eating meals cooked in a "Dutch Oven" and prepared on the "Chuck

Wagon". On the last evening of the horse drive we return to camp. Time permitting the rancher will demonstrate the work of

a horse whisperer while training one of the colts to become a work horse, and experience long to remember! The last

evening in camp will be celebrated with a good-bye party, where everyone shares their stories and memories of a

"once-in-a-lifetime" adventure!
